In response to the Lord's call to help the children in America, the author left South Africa to return stateside. "From Invisible" depicts the sequence of events that brought All The King's Horses Children's Ranch into existence purely by faith in Christ. This true-life narrative includes the martyrdom of a board member by a youth with fetal alcohol syndrome. On the lighter side, the book also reveals an unexpected romance guaranteeing an awe-inspiring read. This book is, by God's grace, Ana's public-writing debut.

This 'biography' of the Ranch includes the miracles the Lord brought to pass. It gives great honor to Kristina, our board member and friend who was murdered by foster boys. Some answers surrounding her martyrdom are here laid to rest. Bringing that assault to paper was the hardest thing my emotions have gone through in - well - I don't know when.
Several examples of children's inner battles are brought to light... some with happy endings. And a short travel beside my mom and Ralph, a contributor to this work, as their love sparked into a grand marriage.
Many have written or called to say, once they started it, they could not put it down. My editor, Paul Nichols from Kansas, and his wife flew out here last summer to get the first rough draft. He wrote yesterday with these words in response to the acknowledgement of his help: "Ana, thank you for your very kind words in From Invisible. Motivational is what they are. I started reading the book again and it's as mesmerizing as it was in its original manuscript. You done good. God bless -1 Cor. 16:21" - Paul Nichols.
The Ranch needs to sell 242 of these books to recoup the publishing costs. So of course, that is one reason I am requesting this favor from you, that you would purchase a book. The other reason is, I honestly think that it will bless you, as well. The publisher set the price at $18.99. Also keep in mind the postage fee ($3.21 first class; less for book rate). As a non-profit, The Ranch does not need to charge sales tax; nor do we throw in a handling fee.
Thank you for your consideration of this work. If you send a check, please make it out to ATKH Children's Ranch. Any monies above the cost and mailing of the book are tax-deductible.
In His Service,
Ana
Ana Jean Lucore has served the Lord in mission work since 1993. Since that commitment, the Lord has taken her around the states and overseas. Ana believes the Lord will find her busy with The Children's Ranch at His return. "Blessed is that servant whom [her] Lord when He cometh shall find so doing," Luke 12:43. Ms. Lucore has two grown sons -- married to special women to whom she delights in being a "mother-in-love". Ana's five grandchildren are a source of joy for her. Their involved parents bestow their well-nurtured love on them. Ana happily realizes that if all children had such parents, All The King's Horses Children's Ranch could be gloriously used in another field of care, like nurturing the elderly.
